By using ezybills, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ezybills turns a message, photo, or note into a formatted invoice or quote. A limited number of free generations are available per month; a paid Pro subscription removes this limit and unlocks additional templates and features.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you generate and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use ezybills.
Don't use ezybills to generate fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business or person, or violate any applicable law.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Paystack. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
ezybills helps format invoices — it doesn't provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You're responsible for the accuracy and compliance of your own invoices and business records.
We aim to keep ezybills available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for losses resulting from downtime.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using ezybills and close your account at any time.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
